Bollywood: Payal Rohatgi made startling accusations against renowned director Dibakar Banerjee. Rohatgi was cast in one of Banerjee’s films, and their acquaintance developed during the casting phase.
According to Rohatgi, during one evening, Banerjee visited her apartment for a conversation but later requested her to lift her shirt, claiming she had gained weight and he needed to inspect.
Rohatgi promptly asked the filmmaker to leave her home, refusing to comply with his request. She later revealed that she was replaced in the film as a consequence. Banerjee, however, refuted these allegations.
