Storyline

Satya, a recent MBBS graduate, secures a position as a doctor at a government hospital in Kurnool, relocating there with his mother and sister Nithya.

Shortly after his arrival, he uncovers the nefarious operations of Guru, a notorious mobster involved in producing lethal saline solutions tied to the medical underworld.

Despite the deaths of three children linked to Guru’s activities, law enforcement turns a blind eye due to fear of reprisal.

Satya takes matters into his own hands, gathering evidence against Guru and filing a complaint. In retaliation, Guru assaults Satya and attempts to hang him at Konda Reddy Fort.

However, Dr Robert, the hospital dean, intervenes, saving Satya’s life. In the aftermath, Satya, Nithya, and their mother flee the city.

Two years later, Satya returns to Kurnool as the city’s Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP), determined to confront Guru and dismantle his criminal network.

Suspicious of Guru’s involvement in Dr Robert’s fatal accident, Satya obtains permission to exhume Robert’s body.

Shockingly, they discover another corpse buried alongside Robert’s, leading to Guru’s confession of murdering both Robert and Rahim to cover his tracks.

With incriminating evidence in hand, Satya arrests Guru as he attempts a political bid. However, Guru’s wife Swarna makes a failed attempt on Satya’s life, resulting in serious harm to his girlfriend Mahalakshmi.

As Satya rushes Mahalakshmi to the hospital, he learns of Guru’s release from jail.

In a final showdown at Konda Reddy Fort, Satya, aided by his mother, confronts Guru. After a fierce battle, Satya emerges victorious, bringing an end to Guru’s reign of terror.

With the threat eliminated, Satya, his mother, and Mahalakshmi relocate to North India, where Satya marries Mahalakshmi after her recovery.

Despite the trials he faced, Satya continues to serve as both a doctor and a police officer, ensuring justice prevails.
