Flavor-Packed Chicken Steam Roast Recipe

Ingredients:
- 3-4 chicken leg and thigh pieces
- Oil (for frying), as required
- 2 packs of NESTLÉ MILKPAK Yogurt
- 1/4 cup chili garlic ketchup
- 1 tablespoon chaat masala
- 2 tablespoons red chili powder
- 2 tablespoons red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon orange food color
- Water (for steaming), as required
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions:
Make deep cuts in the chicken leg and thigh pieces. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken leg and thigh pieces for 2-3 minutes.
In a bowl, combine NESTLÉ MILKPAK Yogurt, chili garlic ketchup, chaat masala, tandoori masala, coriander powder, red chili powder, red chili flakes, salt, lemon juice, and orange food color. Mix well.
Coat the fried chicken pieces with the marinade and let it marinate for 2-3 hours.
Add water to the steamer and let it boil. Then, add the marinated chicken to the steamer.
Sprinkle sesame seeds over the chicken, cover with a lid, and steam for 15-20 minutes or until done.
For the sauce, blend coriander leaves, mint leaves, cumin seeds, green chilies, salt, and NESTLÉ MILKPAK Yogurt until smooth.
