Pasta Ingredients:

  • Water, as required
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 cups Pan Pasta

Tandoori Pasta Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 cup Tomato Paste
  • 3 cups Milk
  • 1 tbsp Red Chilli Flakes
  • 1 tbsp Tandoori Masala
  • 1 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
  • 2 tbsp Chili Sauce
  • 1 cup Cream
  • 2 cups Cooked Pasta (boiled)
  • 1 cup Nurpur Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 cup Nurpur Cheddar Cheese
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:

  • Boil water in a pan, add salt, and cook the pan pasta until it’s about 80% done. Drain it, rinse with cold water, and set aside.
  • In a preheated pan, melt butter and add garlic and onion. Sauté for a minute, then add tomato paste and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Pour in the milk and bring it to a boil. Add red chili flakes, tandoori masala, salt, and chili sauce. Stir well to combine.
  • Add cream and simmer until the sauce thickens. Then, add the partially cooked pan pasta and cook for one more minute.
  • Stir in Nurpur mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese until melted and well combined.
  • Your tantalizing tandoori pasta is ready! Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
