Tantalizing Tandoori Pasta Recipe

Pasta Ingredients:
- Water, as required
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 cups Pan Pasta
Tandoori Pasta Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 1/2 cup Tomato Paste
- 3 cups Milk
- 1 tbsp Red Chilli Flakes
- 1 tbsp Tandoori Masala
- 1 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 2 tbsp Chili Sauce
- 1 cup Cream
- 2 cups Cooked Pasta (boiled)
- 1 cup Nurpur Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 cup Nurpur Cheddar Cheese
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Boil water in a pan, add salt, and cook the pan pasta until it’s about 80% done. Drain it, rinse with cold water, and set aside.
- In a preheated pan, melt butter and add garlic and onion. Sauté for a minute, then add tomato paste and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in the milk and bring it to a boil. Add red chili flakes, tandoori masala, salt, and chili sauce. Stir well to combine.
- Add cream and simmer until the sauce thickens. Then, add the partially cooked pan pasta and cook for one more minute.
- Stir in Nurpur mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese until melted and well combined.
