Prepare yourself to immerse in the realm of Homemade Ravioli Pasta with this tantalizing recipe straight from Italy. Each bite promises to transport you to the streets of Florence with its rich flavors.

Ingredients for Chicken Keema Filling:

  • 3 tablespoons of Butter

  • 2 tablespoons of chopped Garlic

  • 500 grams of Chicken Mince

  • 1 teaspoon of Red Chili Flakes

  • 1 teaspoon of Black Pepper Powder

  • 1 teaspoon of Salt

  • 1/4 cup of Spinach

  • 1/4 cup of Nestlé MilkPak Dairy Cream

Ingredients for Pasta Dough

  • 300 grams of All-purpose Flour

  • 3 Whole Eggs + 1 Egg Yolk

  • 2 tablespoons of Butter

  • Prepared Chicken Keema Filling

  • Water (for brushing)

  • Water (for boiling)

Ingredients for Ravioli Pasta

  • 2 tablespoons of Butter

  • 1 tablespoon of chopped Garlic

  • 1/4 cup of All-purpose Flour

  • 4 cups of Nestlé MilkPak Full Cream Milk

  • 1 teaspoon of Red Chili Flakes

  • 1/2 teaspoon of Mixed Herbs

  • 1 teaspoon of Salt

  • 1 teaspoon of Black Pepper Powder

  • 1/4 cup of Nestlé MilkPak Dairy Cream

  • Prepared Pasta

  • Parsley (chopped) for garnish

Method

Heat butter in a pan and add chopped garlic. Cook for a minute, then add chicken mince. Cook until the mince changes color. Stir in red chili flakes, black pepper powder, and salt. Cook for another minute.

Add spinach and cook for 2-3 minutes. Pour in Nestlé MilkPak Dairy Cream and cook until the mince is fully cooked. Set aside.

In a bowl, combine flour and eggs, mixing well with your hands. Add butter and knead until a dough forms.

Divide the dough into 4 parts. Roll each part into a flat sheet using a rolling pin.

Place small portions of chicken keema filling onto the flattened dough sheet. Brush water along the edges of the dough. Place another sheet on top and press gently to seal, enclosing the chicken keema filling. Use a cutter to create individual ravioli.

Bring water to a boil in a pot. Add the prepared pasta and boil until cooked through. Drain and set aside.

In a deep pan, melt butter and add chopped garlic. Cook for a minute, then add flour and cook until fragrant.

Gradually pour in Nestlé MilkPak Full Cream Milk, bringing it to a simmer. Stir in red chili flakes, mixed herbs, salt, and black pepper powder.

Add Nestlé MilkPak Dairy Cream and cook for another minute. Add the prepared pasta and cook for an additional minute.
