Ingredients for Malai Kabab

Chicken mince 1 kg

Onion 1 cup

Green chilies 2-3

Ginger 1-2 pods

Garlic pods 2-3 cloves

Green coriander 1 cup

Red chili powder 1 tbsp

Salt 1 ½ tsp

Cumin seeds 1 tbsp

Nestlé MilkPak Yogurt 1/2 cup

Oil (for frying) as required

Heated coal pieces (for smoke)

Ingredients for Green Chutney

Green coriander 1 cup

Mint leaves 1/2 cup

Nestlé MilkPak Yogurt 1/2 cup

Green chilies 1-2

Salt 1/2 tsp
Ingredients for Creamy Sauce

Nestlé MilkPak Dairy Cream 1 cup

Black pepper crushed 1 tsp

Prepared malai kabab as required

Onion (sliced) as required

In a chopper add chicken mince, onion, green chilies, ginger, garlic pods, green coriander, red chili powder, salt, cumin seeds, red chili flakes, coriander powder, Nestlé MilkPak Yogurt and chop it well.
Now tread this mixture onto wooden skewers into seekh kabab shape. Now shallow fry them until they are fully done. Remove them from skewers, cut them into 2 pieces and set aside.
In a blender add green coriander, mint leaves, green chilies, salt, Nestlé MilkPak Yogurt and blend it well. Set aside.
In a bowl add Nestlé Milk Pak Dairy Cream, black pepper crushed, salt and mix it well. Set aside.
Take a paratha, drizzle green chutney on it, place malai kabab, onion slices and drizzle creamy sauce on top. Wrap the paratha into roll shape.
