Here are the ingredients and steps:

Ingredients for Chicken Marination

  • 500g boneless chicken strips
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp chili sauce
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp Shan Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp oil

Ingredients for Chow Mein Sauce

  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup garlic ketchup
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp red chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp black pepper, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper powder
  • 1 tsp salt

Ingredients for Sautéed Veggies

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 cup sliced onion
  • 1 cup julienne-cut capsicum
  • 1 cup julienne-cut carrot
  • 1 cup julienne-cut cabbage

Ingredients for Boiled Noodles

  • 5-6 cups water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 450g spaghetti

Ingredients for Chicken Chow Mein

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp Shan Ginger Garlic Paste
  • Boiled noodles
  • Prepared chicken
  • Prepared veggies
  • Chow mein sauce
  • Chopped green onion as needed

Directions:

Marinate the chicken with soy sauce, chili sauce, black pepper powder, Shan Ginger Garlic Paste, vinegar, and salt.

Cook the marinated chicken in heated oil until fully done, then set aside.

Mix ketchup, garlic ketchup, soy sauce, red chili flakes, chili sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, white pepper powder, and salt in a bowl and set aside.

Stir-fry onion, capsicum, carrot, and cabbage in oil for 1-2 minutes, then set aside.

Boil spaghetti in salted water until 80% done, then strain and set aside.
