Baby Baji, a popular Ary Digital show that aired last year, was an Idream Entertainment Production presentation featuring an ensemble cast and a compelling storyline revolving around a complex joint family.
The drama, penned by Mansoor Ahmed and directed by Tehseen Khan, boasted prominent names such as Samina Ahmed, Saud Qasmi, Javeria Saud, Hassan Ahmed, Sunita Marshall, Junaid Niazi, Tuba Anwar, Fazal Hussain, and Aina Asif. The series concluded with the demise of Baby Baji, the central character.
Recently, Sunita Marshall and Hassan Ahmed appeared on Samaa TV’s morning show hosted by Madeha Naqvi, where they confirmed the commencement of shooting for Baby Baji Season 2, which will soon air.
Sunita Marshall remarked, “We are currently filming Baby Baji Season 2. However, I cannot disclose the release date as it will take some time.
 It will continue the previous storyline.” Hassan Ahmed added, “We have made some thoughtful additions to the storyline and characters, which are not arbitrary but meaningful.”
Addressing criticism, Sunita Marshall acknowledged, “We all agree that the ending was abrupt. Initially, there were no plans for a second season.
However, due to high public demand and pressure, the producers decided to proceed with Season 2.”
Speaking about Season 2’s potential release, Hassan Ahmed suggested, “I believe it may air around September or October.”
