Ingredients Beef Nihari
- Oil 1 cup
- Onion (sliced) 1 cup
- Beef boneless 1 kg
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Nihari masala 3 tbsp
- Kashmiri red chili powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Water 8-10 cups
- Beef nalli 300 g
- Flour mixture (wheat flour 1/2 cup + all-purpose flour 1/2 cup + water 1 cup)
- Green chilies (Sliced) as required
- Ginger (julienne) as required
- Green coriander (julienne) as required
Directions
In a pressure cooker add oil, onion and cook until brown in color.
Now add beef and cook for 4-5 mins. Now add ginger garlic paste and cook for a minute.
Add nihari masala, Kashmiri red chili powder, salt and cook for 2-3 mins.
Add water and beef nalli. Mix it well and cover the pressure cooker.
Now cook with pressure for 30-35 mins.
In a pan roast wheat flour and all-purpose flour until fragrant. Transfer this mixture to a bowl and add water.
Mix it well.
Add this flour mixture into the nihari and cook for 3-4 mins.
Now dish it out and garnish it with green chilies, ginger, green coriander and serve. Your Beef Nihari is ready.
