Beef boneless (cubes) 1 kg
Yogurt 1 cup
Hot sauce 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Papaya paste 2 tbsp
Tikka masala powder 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Oil (for cooking) 1/4 cup
Ingredients for Cheese Sauce
Nurpur Cheddar Cheese 1 cup
Butter 3 tbsp
All-purpose flour 2 tbsp
Milk 3 cups
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Mustard paste 2 tbsp
Ingredients for Assembling
Hot sizzler plate
Butter as required
Onion rings as required
Prepared beef tikka as required
Green coriander as required
Direction
In a bowl add beef, yogurt, hot sauce, ginger garlic paste, papaya paste, tikka masala powder, lemon juice, red chili flakes and marinate it well.
In a pan heat oil and add marinated beef. Cook for 2-3 mins. Now cover and cook for 25-30 mins or until fully done. Set aside.
In a pan heat butter and add flour. Cook for a minute. now add milk and mix it well.
Add garlic powder, salt, black pepper powder and cook until starts to simmer.
Now add Nurpur Cheddar Cheese and mustard paste. Cook until cheese melts. Set aside.
Take a hot sizzler plate, grease it with butter. Place onion rings on it and add beef tikka masala. Now top it with cheese and garnish it with green coriander. Your Cheesy Beef Tikka Sizzler is ready.
