Although neither has confirmed the news publicly, a source close to the couple informed People Magazine that they are pleased the news is out.
Speculation about the Barbie star’s pregnancy began after she was seen with a noticeable baby bump while vacationing with her husband in Italy, according to photos published by Daily Mail.
People Magazine later corroborated the news, citing multiple sources. According to an insider, the couple has been eager to start a family for some time. “Family is very important to both of them,” the source said, “and they knew early in their relationship that being parents was something they really wanted.”
“They’ve kept it quiet for a while,” the source continued, “but they’re happy that the news is finally out.”
Another source revealed that no one suspected Robbie was pregnant during the filming of her latest film, A Big Bold Beautiful Journey. However, they noted that she appeared happy and looked fantastic throughout the production. “She bonded well with Colin [Farrell] and enjoyed filming,” the source added.
