Salt 1 tsp
Green coriander (chopped) 1/4 cup
Green chilies (chopped) 2 tbsp
Mustard paste 1 tbsp
Soaked bread (bread slices 3 + milk 1/2 cup)

Direction
In a pot heat oil and add onion. Cook until translucent. Add beef mince and cook until color changes.
Transfer it to a bowl and add boiled potatoes, red chili flakes, black pepper powder, red chili flakes, salt, green coriander, green chilies, mustard paste and mix it well.
In a separate bowl add bread slices, milk and soak them in milk. Now squeeze the bread in hands to remove the excess milk. Add this soaked bread into prepared mixture.
Now make cutlet shapes from this mixture. Dip these cutlets into beaten eggs and then coat in bread crumbs. Set aside. Note: They can be stored for up to 15 days.
In a pan heat oil and add prepared cutlets. Shallow fry them until fully done.
