Cheesy Chicken Crepes Recipe

All-purpose flour 3 cups
Eggs 3
Yogurt 2 tbsp
Oil 1 tbsp

Boneless chicken 500 g
Capsicum (chopped) 1 cup
Carrot (chopped) 1 cup
Cabbage (chopped) 1 cup

Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Chili sauce 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Red chili flakes 1 tsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp

Direction
In a bowl add flour, eggs, yogurt, oil, salt, milk and mix it well.
Add 1/2 cup of batter in a preheated pan and cook each side for 1-2 mins. Set aside.
In a pan heat oil and add chicken. Cook until chicken changes color. Add capsicum, carrot, cabbage, onion and sauté for a minute.
Add soy sauce, chili sauce, black pepper powder, red chili flakes, oregano, salt and cook until chicken is fully done.
Transfer this mixture to a bowl and add mozzarella cheese in it. Mix it well. Set aside.
Take the crepe and add chicken cheese mixture on it in a triangular shape. Now place a cut on the crepe and fold it in rectangular shape.
Grease oil on a preheated griddle and toast the prepared crepes from each side until golden brown in color.
