Ingredients for Soaked Chicken Wings

Water as required

Shan Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp

Vinegar 1/4 cup

Salt 1 tsp

Chicken wings (with skin) 1 kg

Salt 1 tsp

Lemon juice 2 tbsp

Mustard paste 1 ½ tbsp

Ingredients for Dry Mixture

All-purpose flour 2 cups

Red chili powder 1 ½ tbsp

Salt 1 tsp

Black pepper powder 1 tsp

Ingredients for Crispy Chicken Wings:

Marinated chicken wings

Dry mixture

Chilled water

Oil (for frying) as required

Direction

In a bowl add water, Shan Ginger Garlic Paste, vinegar, salt, and chicken wings and mix them well. Soak the chicken for 15 mins. Set aside.

Take the soaked chicken wings and pat dry them. In a bowl add soaked chicken wings, Shan Ginger Garlic Paste, hot sauce, black pepper powder, red chili powder, salt, lemon juice, and mustard paste and mix it well. Marinate the chicken for 20-25 mins.

In a bowl add all-purpose flour, red chili powder, salt, black pepper powder and mix it well. Set aside.

Take the marinated chicken wings and coat them in a dry mixture. Now dip them in chilled water for 2 seconds and then coat them again in a dry mixture.

Deep fry them until they are crispy and the chicken is tender.

Your Crispy Chicken Wings are ready. Serve and enjoy.
