Seasoned actor and host Atiqa Odho praised her fellow veteran Saba Hamid for her outstanding performance in the serial Noor Jahan. Following the airing of the thrilling episodes 20 and 21 of Noor Jahan this past weekend, Atiqa Odho took to Instagram to commend Saba Hamid’s portrayal of the titular character, describing it as an ‘acting masterclass’ for emerging actors.
On social media, Odho expressed her admiration, writing, “I wanted to share how inspired I am as an actor watching my friend Saba Hamid in #NoorJahan. This role is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, and what she has achieved with it is truly remarkable. Her controlled, silent expressions are mesmerizing! Truly well done.”

Many of her Instagram followers shared similar sentiments about the veteran’s performance.In addition to Hamid in the lead role, Noor Jahan features a stellar cast including Kubra Khan, Ali Rehman Khan, Noor Hassan, Zoya Nasir, Hajra Yamin, Ali Raza, Yousuf Bashir Qureshi, Mahmood Aslam, and Alina Abbas.
The show is the second directorial effort by the young director Musaddiq Malek and is penned by renowned playwright Zanjabeel Asim Shah. It airs every Friday and Saturday in prime time exclusively on ARY Digital.
