Naveed Raza stars in the lead role of the film, which centers on a series of brutal murders connected to real estate rackets and other sectors in Karachi, the capital of Sindh province. In Leech, Naveed Raza plays a positive role, while Mehsim Raza takes on the negative lead, portraying a character with potential psychological issues.
The film also features Adila Saleem and Fahima Awan in prominent roles. Much of the film was shot in Karachi, with the trailer showcasing scenes of the city, its burgeoning real estate sector, and the rivalries it engenders. It is anticipated that, due to the Independence Day holiday, the film will perform well during its first week, as no other domestic films are scheduled for release at the same time.
