Ingredients for Dough

All-purpose flour 5 cups

Yeast 2 ¼ tsp

Salt 1 tsp

Baking powder 1 tsp

Sugar 1/2 cup

Unsalted Dairy Butter (melted) 1/2 cup

Full Cream Milk 1 ½ cup

Ingredients for Filling

Icing sugar 1/4 cup

Cinnamon powder 3 tbsp

Ingredients for Topping

Dairy Cream 1 pack

Icing sugar 1/4 cup

Prepared dough

Butter brush as required

Prepared topping as required

Prepared filling as required

Direction

  • In a bowl add flour, yeast, salt, baking powder, sugar, Unsalted Dairy Butter, Full Cream Milk and knead a smooth dough. Now cover it and let it rest until it doubles in size.
  • In a bowl add Unsalted Dairy Butter, brown sugar, icing sugar, cinnamon powder and mix it well. Set aside.
  • In a bowl add Dairy Cream, icing sugar and mix it well. Set aside.
  • Take the prepared dough and flatten it with the rolling pin into a sheet. Cut the uneven edges to make rectangular-shaped sheet.
  • Now spread the prepared filling on it. Now roll the dough sheet carefully from one end to another forming a log shape.
  • Now cut it into 10-11 parts with a thread forming a swiss roll shape.
  • Now place them in a baking tray greased with butter. Cover and let them rest for 15 mins.
  • Now bake them in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for 25-30 mins.
  • Your Cinnamon Rolls are ready. Add the prepared topping to it and serve.
