Ingredients for Chicken Mixture
Chicken (boiled & shredded) 1 1/2 cup
Carrot (finely chopped) 2/3 cup
Cabbage (chopped) 2/3 cup
Potatoes (boiled & mashed) 1 cup
Green chilies (chopped) 2 tbsp
Mayonnaise 1/4 cup
Dark soy sauce 2 tbsp
Chili sauce 2 tbsp
Mustard paste 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Mozzarella cheese (shredded) 2 cups
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Ingredients for Cheese Balls
Prepared mixture
Mozzarella cheese balls as required
All-purpose flour as required
Beaten eggs as required
Bread crumbs as required
Oil (for frying) as required
Direction
In a bowl add chicken, carrot, cabbage, green coriander, potatoes, green chilies, mayonnaise, dark soy sauce, chili sauce, mustard paste, salt, black pepper powder, mozzarella cheese, ginger garlic paste and mix it well. set aside.
Take hand full of this mixture and place mozzarella cheese ball on this mixture. now make a ball shape
Coat these balls in flour, dip in beaten eggs and coat in bread crumbs. now dip in beaten eggs again and coat in bread crumbs.
Deep fry them until fully done.
