Boneless Mutton Karahi Recipe
Boneless Mutton Karahi is a popular Pakistani and Indian dish known for its rich and spicy flavor. The dish features tender pieces of boneless mutton cooked in a spicy tomato-based gravy with aromatic spices. Ingredients Mutton Boneless Karahi
Oil 1/2 cup
Ginger garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp
Boneless mutton 1 kg
Tomato (sliced) 1 ½ cup
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper (crushed) 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds (crushed) 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Hot water 1 ½ cup
Yogurt 1 cup
Green chilies (half cut) 1/2 cup
Ginger (julienne) as required
Green chilies (sliced) as required
Direction
- In a pot heat oil and add ginger garlic. Cook for a minute.
- Now add boneless mutton and cook until it changes color. Add tomatoes, coriander powder, salt, black pepper, cumin seeds, turmeric powder and cook for 2-3 mins.
- Now add hot water and cover and cook until the mutton is fully done.
- Take off the lid and add Yogurt, cook until oil separates. Add green chilies and cook for 2-3 mins.
- Dish it out on a hot sizzler plate and garnish it with ginger and green chilies. Your Mutton Boneless Karahi is ready.
