After missing out on hosting Bigg Boss OTT 3, Bollywood superstar Salman Khan is reportedly set to return as the host for the upcoming season 18. According to Bollywoodlife, Salman Khan will be hosting Bigg Boss 18, with the promo shoot for the reality show scheduled to begin soon.
Fans are already speculating about which celebrities will enter the iconic Bigg Boss house for the new season.
It’s worth noting that Bollywood actor Anil Kapoor took over as the host of Bigg Boss OTT 3 after Salman Khan reportedly dropped out due to scheduling conflicts. However, Kapoor’s stint as host did not sit well with many fans, who criticized him as the “worst ever host” of Bigg Boss.
Several viewers took to social media to express their dissatisfaction, with one Reddit user calling for Anil Kapoor not to return as host. The user’s comments were met with widespread support from others.
In the meantime, Salman Khan is also set to star in the upcoming film “Sikandar,” which marks his reunion with producer Sajid Nadiadwala, known for their successful collaborations on films like “Kick,” “Judwaa,” and “Mujhse Shaadi Karogi.” Directed by AR Murugadoss, the film is slated to release next Eid.
