Ingredients for Crepes Mixture

All-purpose flour 2 cups

Eggs 2

Milk 2 cups

Ingredients for Sauce

Sriracha sauce 1/4 cup

Bbq sauce 1/4 cup

Salt 1/2 tsp

Black pepper powder 1 tsp

Ingredients for Chicken Mixture

Oil 1/4 cup

Chicken mince 1 kg

Chili sauce 2 tbsp

Soy sauce 2 tbsp

Black pepper powder 1 tsp

Red chili flakes 1 tbsp

Garlic powder 1 tsp

Salt 1 tsp

Ketchup 1 cup

Ingredients for Assembling

Crepe mixture

Half egg

Green onion as required

Nigella seeds as required

Prepared sauce as required

Carrot shredded as required

Cabbage shredded as required

Capsicum julienne as required

Chicken mixture as required

Cheddar cheese slice as required

Direction

  • In a bowl add flour, eggs, milk and mix it well.
  • In a bowl add mayo, sriracha sauce, bbq sauce, salt, black pepper powder and mix it well.
  • In a pan heat oil and add chicken mince. Cook until chicken changes color. Add chili sauce, soy sauce, black pepper powder, red chili flakes, garlic powder, and salt, and cook until chicken is fully done. Now add ketchup and mix it well.
  • In a preheated oven pour the prepared crepes mixture. Spread it evenly on the pan. Now add now sprinkle green onion, and nigella seeds on it.
  • Now flip the side of the crepe. Add a layer of carrot, cabbage, capsicum, and chicken mixture and wrap the crepe from the sides.
  • Place the cheddar cheese slice on it and fold the crepe wrap from one side vertically, making a square.
  • Your Chinese Crepe is ready
