Direction

In a pot heat water and add daal chana, garlic, and red whole chilies. Boil until the daal is fully done. Remove the red whole chilies and garlic cloves from the daal. Cook until the water dries out.

Now transfer this daal to a bowl and add boiled potatoes. Mash them well.

Add red chili powder, garam masala powder, salt, turmeric powder, cumin powder, and green chilies and mix it well.

Make kabab shapes from this mixture and set aside.

In a pan heat tamarind pulp, sugar, cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt and cook for 2-3 mins. Set aside and let it cool at room temperature.

In a blender add green coriander, mint leaves, green chilies, salt, chaat masala, sugar, imli chutney and blend it well. Set aside.

On a tawa heat oil. Dip the kababs in beaten eggs and fry them on the preheated tawa for 2-3 mins on each side. Set the kababs aside on the sides of the tawa.

Now take burger buns and toast them on tawa for a minute. Set them aside on the sides of the tawa.

Now add beaten eggs and make an omelet. Cook each side for 1-2 mins. Set that aside too.

Take the bun, spread imli chutney on it, place prepared kabab, cabbage, prepared egg, sliced onion and on the top bun spread green chutney.

Place this top bun on the top of the prepared burger. Your Bun Kabab is ready.
