Ingredients Kehwa

Water 4-5 cups

Lemon grass 1/4 cup

Fennel seeds 1 tbsp

Cloves 2-3

Cinnamon stick 1

Green cardamom 3-4

Ginger pods 3-4

Mint leaves 1/4 cup

Honey 2-3 tbsp

Direction

In a pot heat water and add lemon grass, fennel seeds, cloves, cinnamon stick, green cardamom, ginger pods, mint leaves and cook for 7-8 mins. Add honey and cook for 2-3 mins.

Now turn off the flame and cover the pot with lid for 5-10 mins.

Now serve and enjoy. Your Kehwa is ready.
