Ingredients:

  • 6 K&N’s Breakfast Sausages

  • 4 Eggs

  • ½ tsp Black Pepper Powder

  • Salt, to taste

  • 2 tbsp Cream

  • ½ cup Cheddar Cheese, grated

  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese, grated

  • ½ cup Red Bell Pepper, finely diced

  • ½ cup Green Onion, finely chopped

  • 1 French Bread

Method:

  • Thaw K&N’s Breakfast Sausages according to the instructions on the pack and dice them.

  • In a bowl, mix together eggs, black pepper powder, salt, cream, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, red bell pepper, green onion, and diced Breakfast Sausages.

  • Take the French bread and scoop out the top to create a bread boat.

  • Fill the bread boats with the egg and sausage mixture.

  • Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.

Serve fresh for breakfast or tea.
