6 K&N’s Breakfast Sausages

4 Eggs

½ tsp Black Pepper Powder

Salt, to taste

2 tbsp Cream

½ cup Cheddar Cheese, grated

½ cup Parmesan Cheese, grated

½ cup Red Bell Pepper, finely diced

½ cup Green Onion, finely chopped

1 French Bread
Method:

Thaw K&N’s Breakfast Sausages according to the instructions on the pack and dice them.

In a bowl, mix together eggs, black pepper powder, salt, cream, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, red bell pepper, green onion, and diced Breakfast Sausages.

Take the French bread and scoop out the top to create a bread boat.

Fill the bread boats with the egg and sausage mixture.

Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.
