This introspective message follows her recent completion of the Hajj pilgrimage with her family, which included her father Imran Mirza, sister Anam, and brother-in-law, cricketer Mohammed Asaduddin.
Mirza had announced her journey to Hajj on Instagram last month, describing it as a blessed opportunity and requesting prayers from her followers for this significant spiritual undertaking.
For those unfamiliar with her personal life, Mirza was married to Pakistani cricketer Shoaib Malik from 2010 until earlier this year when her father confirmed her separation through khula, a Muslim woman’s right to seek divorce from her husband.
Mirza and Malik have a son together named Izhaan, who is 5 years old.
