Clint Eastwood’s long-time partner, Christina Sandera, has passed away at the age of 61. Eastwood, 94, had been in a relationship with Sandera for the past decade, and he remembered her fondly in a statement, saying, “She was a lovely, caring woman, and I will miss her very much.”

The couple had kept their relationship private, but Sandera had accompanied Eastwood to several high-profile events, including the Oscars in 2015, where his film “American Sniper” was nominated for six awards.

According to reports, the two met at Eastwood’s Mission Ranch Hotel and Restaurant in California, where Sandera worked as a hostess.

They began dating in 2014, following Eastwood’s divorce from his second wife, Dina, after nearly 20 years of marriage. No further information about Sandera’s passing has been released, in keeping with the couple’s private nature.

Clint Eastwood has a complex family history, with eight children by six different women. His first marriage was to Maggie Neville Johnson in 1953, with whom he had an open relationship.

This led to the birth of his daughter Laurie, who was given up for adoption without Eastwood’s knowledge or consent. Decades later, Laurie began searching for her biological parents and hired a professional to help her.

In 2018, a source close to Eastwood revealed that Laurie had discovered her biological father’s identity through paperwork, which listed Eastwood’s name. This revelation came as a surprise to Eastwood, who had been unaware of his daughter’s existence until much later in life.
