“Mirzapur 3” actor Ali Fazal has hinted at the return of a dead character in the bonus episode for the season later this month. On Instagram, Amazon Prime posted a video featuring Ali Fazal, where he urges viewers to keep a “paini nazar” on the forthcoming bonus episode of Mirzapur 3.
In the caption, Amazon Prime Video wrote, “You’re not ready for this bonus episode coming soon. Buckle up! #MirzapurOnPrime.”In the video, Fazal, playing Guddu Bhaiya, hinted at the reappearance of a “stud type guy” who was previously killed by his character.
The Bollywood actor suggested that the character he killed was “too cool to stay dead” and expressed that this deceased character is eager to return. The video quickly went viral on social media, with fans speculating that the character in question might be the fan-favorite Munna Bhaiya, played by actor Divyenndu.
Although Amazon Prime Video has not yet announced the exact release date for the bonus episode, it is expected to stream later this month.
Created by Karan Anshuman and Puneet Krishna, Mirzapur 3 features an ensemble cast that includes Ali Fazal, Pankaj Tripathi, Shweta Tripathi, Isha Talwar, Vijay Varma, Rasika Dugal, Rajesh Tailang, and Anjum Sharma, among others.
Divyenndu’s character was killed off in Season 2, but Ali Fazal returned as Guddu Bhaiya, and Pankaj Tripathi reprised his role as Kaleen Bhaiya in Season 3.
The original Mirzapur premiered in November 2018 and quickly captivated audiences. Season 2 followed in October 2020. The series revolves around a criminal family involved in major illegal activities, such as drug trafficking, in the lawless city of Mirzapur. They face constant threats from rival gangs aiming to take them down.
