Mouthwatering Mutton Roast Recipe

Ingredients for Mutton Roast
Mutton 1 kg
Oil (for frying) as required
Yogurt 1 pack
Chili garlic sauce 1/4 cup
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 2 tbsp
Cumin powder 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tbsp
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Chat masala 1 tbsp
Orange food color a pinch
Aluminum foil as required
Water (for steam) as required
Ingredients for Raita
Yogurt 1 pack
Cumin seeds (crushed) 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Direction
In a pot heat oil and deep fry mutton for 1-2 mins. Set aside.
In a bowl add Yogurt, chili garlic sauce, coriander powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, salt, red chili flakes, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, chat masala, orange food color and mix it well.
Add fried mutton and coat it well. Marinate it for 1-2 hours.
Now wrap the marinated mutton in aluminum foil and steam it over low fame for 45 mins or until fully done. Set aside.
In a bowl add Yogurt, cumin seeds, black pepper powder, salt and mix it well.
Serve it with Mutton Roast and enjoy.
